Caution: Some vehicle spawns crash the game such as cellphone so make sure you are spawning an actual vehicle and not an object.
You need to keep your psp plugged into your computer for at least 30 seconds when installing due to windows caching the files and it could corrupt your memory stick if you remove it too quickly.
